Prolight + Sound Guangzhou (PLSG) has recently received a significant number of reports from exhibitors having received phishing emails claiming there is an enquiry from a visitor to the exhibitor with an attachment and a link to a fraudulent PLSG website. This fraudulent website displays the PLSG’s logo and request exhibitors to provide their email address and password.
Prolight + Sound Guangzhou declares that the official website is www.prolightsound-guangzhou.com and has no connection with the aforesaid phishing email and fraudulent websites. The organisers of PLSG would never request exhibitors or companies to provide their email logon credential or sensitive personal information.
Strong recommend exhibitors contact the organisers for confirmation if received the aforesaid phishing email. Please do not open email, attachments or click on the hyperlink from any unknown sources. If exhibitors have provided any password, email address or personal information on the aforesaid fraudulent websites, please change the email password immediately.
