Terms & Conditions:
- Individual Buyer Sponsorship Programme (the programme) is exclusively for overseas buyers. Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan buyers are not applicable to the programme.
- You must be a trade buyer and you and / or your company cannot be an EXHIBITOR of Prolight + Sound Guangzhou 2025 in order to be eligible for the programme.
- You and your company did not visit Prolight + Sound Guangzhou 2024.
- The travel sponsor is offered on first-come-first-served basis. Each company will only be eligible for 1 single sponsorship offer.
- The programme will not be offered in conjunction with other travel sponsor. You can only apply for one sponsorship programme.
- Your application does not automatically entitle you to the sponsorship. The qualified applicants will be informed by an official confirmation letter in late March 2025.
- You have to visit the fair between the show days of 27 – 29 May 2025 for the redemption.
- This offer is neither transferable nor refundable.
- The organiser reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions, change or terminate the programme without any prior notice.
- In the case of any dispute regarding the programme, the decision of the organiser shall be both final and binding.
