If you are attending PLSG in a qualified group comprised of 6 people or above, you can claim the following privileges:

  1. Overseas Group Buyer Programme (the programme) is exclusively for overseas buyers. Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan buyers are not applicable to the programme.
  2. You must be a trade buyer and you and / or your company cannot be an EXHIBITOR of Prolight + Sound Guangzhou 2026 in order to be eligible for the programme.
  3. The programme will not be offered in conjunction with other travel sponsor. You can only apply for one buyer programme of Prolight + Sound Guangzhou 2026.
  4. Your application does not automatically entitle you to the programme. The qualified applicants will be informed by an official confirmation letter in early May 2026.
  5. The organisers reserve the right to verify buyer credentials and eligibility before confirming participation.
  6. Any changes to group members must be notified in advance and are subject to organiser approval.
  7. Complimentary and discounted hotel offers are subject to availability. The organiser reserves the right to assign hotels at its discretion.
  8. This offer is neither transferable nor refundable.
  9. The organiser reserves the right to withdraw benefits if the group fails to meet the minimum criteria or cancels participation after confirmation.
  10. The organiser reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions, change or terminate the programme without any prior notice.
  11. In the case of any dispute regarding the programme, the decision of the organiser shall be both final and binding.
